Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy describes how Chromatic Infosystems Private Limited dispatches and delivers STEM kits and related material. Specific timelines, incoterms and freight responsibility for a given order are confirmed in the quotation, purchase order or supply agreement.
1. Dispatch location
Goods are dispatched from our works at Plot No. A-96, Taloja MIDC, Pendheri Village Road, Taloja, Navi Mumbai, District Raigad, Maharashtra 410208, India.
2. Dispatch timelines
Standard kits in stock are usually dispatched within 7–14 working days of receipt of a confirmed order and applicable advance payment. School lab configurations, bulk orders and tender supplies follow the schedule agreed in writing. Where a delay is expected, we inform the buyer with a revised date.
3. Freight and charges
Unless the quotation states otherwise, freight, insurance, octroi, entry taxes and any unloading charges are payable by the buyer. Applicable GST is charged as per law and shown on the invoice.
4. Delivery and risk
Delivery is made to the address stated on the purchase order. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery to the buyer or to the carrier nominated by the buyer, whichever is earlier. Delivery dates are estimates and are subject to transport availability and events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Inspection on delivery
Please check the number of packages and the condition of the packaging before signing the carrier's receipt, and record any visible damage on it. Damage, shortage or defects must be reported within 7 days as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Installation and training
Where lab installation, teacher training or LMS onboarding is part of the order, these are scheduled with the school after delivery and confirmed in writing.
7. Exports
International shipments are subject to export documentation, customs clearance and any duties or taxes levied in the destination country, which are payable by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
