2. Personal data we collect

• Information you submit in the cooperation/enquiry form: name, organisation, role, email address, city and country, type of cooperation and the content of your message.
• Correspondence you send us by email or messaging applications.
• Limited technical data automatically generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, used for security and to keep the site working.

We do not knowingly collect personal data of children through this website. Where we work with schools, student data (if any) is processed only under a separate written agreement with the school and, where required, with verifiable parental consent as mandated by the DPDP Act.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We process your personal data only for the specified purposes for which you provide it, on the basis of your consent given at the time of submission, or where processing is for a legitimate use permitted under the DPDP Act:

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations or proposals;
• to supply products, curriculum access, training and support;
• to comply with tax, accounting and other statutory obligations;
• to protect the security and integrity of our website and systems.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Personal data may be shared with service providers who act as our Data Processors under contract (for example email delivery and hosting providers), with professional advisers, and with government or judicial authorities where disclosure is required by law. Any such processor is bound to process the data only on our instructions and to maintain appropriate security safeguards.

5. Retention and erasure

Enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your request and to maintain a record of our business communications, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law. When the purpose is no longer served and no legal retention requirement applies, the data is erased.

6. Security safeguards

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required by Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011, including transport encryption (HTTPS), access control, input validation and restricted internal access to enquiry data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights as a Data Principal

• the right to access a summary of the personal data we process about you;
• the right to correction, completion, updating and erasure of your data;
• the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
• the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
• the right of grievance redressal, described below.
